Sugar Bear Lodge’ w/ Game Room - 5 Mi to Village!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend staying at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, attention to detail, and the cozy atmosphere. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The living areas were comfortable and inviting, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. We loved the outdoor space as well—it was perfect for family gatherings. Fantastic stay!

Sugar Bear Lodge (aka a really nice house in Lake Arrowhead among the trees) was fantastic! The home was incredibly clean and updated. Felt like a brand new home. Great TVs, kitchen appliances, lighting, thermostats, etc. The bathrooms are super nice with updated vanities and showers. The owner thought of everything and especially the small things. Kitchen is very well stocked (e.g., all the plates, bowls, sliver wear and cooking tools and equipment you'll ever need). The back deck is expansive with nice seating and barbecue. The lower level has a smaller quiet deck to escape. The bottom level also has a great room with a huge sectional and TV space, along with separate kitchenette, arcade and foosball table. Lots of windows in the house. Nice quiet setting amid a very nice neighborhood - easy access to all the major roads. 3 level home, bedrooms on lower two levels.

Amazing family Christmas celebration

Sugar Bear Lodge provided an unforgettable Christmas family getaway. The property was amazing offered a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty both inside and out. It is a well-maintained lodge, top-notch amenities, and stunning outdoor spaces, every aspect of our stay helped us create lasting memories. From the game room, which was completely stocked with every type game, to the serene deck area and it had nice outdoor furniture, although it was too wet for our family to enjoy. We did take lots of pictures, with the beautiful forestry backdrop. Sugar Bear Lodge is highly recommended by our family for any getaway. Ours happened to be Christmas. An amazing time!

60th Birthday celebration - Babies to Grandparents

This property was by far the best property we have stayed in. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed, very well stocked. The Sugar Bear Lodge exceeded our expectations. It was truly an amazing stay. One of the best. It had everything you needed. The house was stocked plentiful of amenities, squeaky clean, and very comfortable. It made us feel right at home. It fit our family perfectly. The game room was truly a neat touch as well, a family favorite! The breathtaking views from the balcony’s was definitely a plus! Everything about this place was cozy and immaculate. We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. It was the best! We had such a memorable & relaxing stay and would definitely book again.

Wonderful weekend at Sugar Bear Lodge

We just spent a wonderful family weekend at Sugar Bear Lodge following my son’s wedding in Lake Arrowhead. We really needed some down time to just relax for a couple of days after the busy weeks leading up to the wedding. This place completely exceeded my expectations…beautiful, clean, comfortable and amazingly well stocked. Beds were comfortable and inviting and the overall decor and furnishings were top notch. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family and the game room downstairs provided so much entertaining things to choose from. There was even a high chair and portable crib for the Grandbaby. Check in was super easy and the host was incredibly helpful answering my questions before and during the visit. I told my family as we were saying goodbye that we should make it an annual trip since we are all spread out in California and Arizona and being able to gather the family is so important to us. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

Exceeded our expectations

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. My favorite aspects; layout of the rooms, heaters in the bathrooms, instant hot water from faucets, comfortable beds, places to unpack and store clothes in all rooms, impeccable cleanliness throughout, well stocked kitchen and so much more. Awesome place! We definitely will be back. We have already started talking to friends and family about trying to stay there again. We have also stayed at a couple other places there and this was the best so far. We also had some communication with the owner, responded quick and was helpful. Beautiful and cozy home

We have an annual family trip we always take up to the mountains. With our growing family it’s become harder to find a place that holds all 12 of us. But this home had all the space we would have ever needed! The game room down stairs was also a huge hit with everyone! And Mendi, the owner, was very nice and accommodating! We had a few questions and requests during our stay and she was so great and quick to help us with everything we needed. We always look forward to this trip and have had a few bad experiences over the 12+ years we’ve been doing this. This year in this cabin was not one of those years! This was by far one of the most fun times we’ve had and I truly believe this beautiful place had a huge part in making that happen!! Thank you so much, Mendi!!

Just the Best Time Ever!

Let me start by saying I am writing this as we make our way down the hill. We stayed at the Sugar Bear for our annual long weekend trip with two other families - we have all been friends for 15 years. I can say without a doubt that this has been, by far our favorite trip. There were 6 adults (3 couples) and 5 kids ranging from 8-15 years old. There was plenty of room for all and not one person was sleeping on that lumpy mattress that can sometimes be inevitable. Lol. The host was so wonderful. The house has everything we needed - and I do mean everything. The pinball machine was a hit, as was the recliners in the family room. The kids had a ton of fun playing on the hills side behind the house and sledding on a hill nearby. I can’t thank Mendi enough for a wonderful weekend. We will definitely book again soon!

Beautiful Cabin

We spent the weekend here for my husband's 40th with family. The cabin was clean, fully stocked and absolutely beautiful. The kids were sledding in the backyard, everyone enjoyed the game room and we cooked big family meals in the amazing kitchen. The communication with the host was fast and easy. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Birthday getaway

My family and I had a wonderful weekend. The house was gorgeous and great for all the ages. Lots of games and good times. We celebrated mine and my twin daughters birthdays. We plan on making it a tradition. Thank you and God Bless.

Perfect Cabin

This cabin is even better in person! It is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed all the extras the cabin had such as roll away beds, extra towels, toothbrushes, razors, etc. It was such a nice added touch. Perfect size for our group. Everyone enjoyed all the games in the game room. We will definitely be staying here again. Mendi was awesome and very helpful with all questions we had!

5 star accommodations!

My 5 friends and I stayed here for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding weekend at Lake Gregory. Everything here was perfection! Beautiful surroundings! A beautiful 3 story well-appointed home down to the last detail! This home shows pride of ownership!

Another amazing stay

Sugar Bear is AMAZING!!!

My family came up to celebrate my sisters 55th birthday, and let me tell you this was one of the most amazing homes I’ve seen and stayed at. From start to finish everything was perfect, Mendi was great in answering all my questions. There was 12 of us staying at Sugar Bear and there was still plenty of room, it’s absolutely beautiful. Very clean and everything very well organized. My family and I cannot wait to come back and make many more memories. Thank you Sugar Bear for treating my family so well!

Amazing place

This place is beautiful and huge. It is in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The amenities are beyond anything you can ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked and there’s several bathrooms throughout the house. Mendi was awesome and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend staying here!
