Altitude made it hard to breathe and made us tired

The altitude was too much to bear. Washing machine broke. Had to ask for another coffee maker, since the one in the cabin didn't work.

We enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and appreciated the well stocked kitchen and pleasantly surprised by the K cups provided -nice touch! We loved the large kitchen and island. It was clean inside except a few cobwebs in the kitchen window and top of cabinets. The windows could use a good washing and cobwebs outside knocked down right before guests arrive. Deterrents to staying again: The driveway is very steep and short. Our SUV air-dam scraped and our friends truck slid down the driveway even though there was no ice and the emergency brake was engaged. This wouldn’t be a problem except street parking is not allowed at anytime (city ordinance). Overall, we had a great time spending quality time with friends in Big Bear!

Beautiful Cabin

We were very impressed all around. The neighborhood and surroundings were excellent with great views in every direction. The management company responded quickly. The house was well equipped. The hot tub was clean and nice. Showers had great water pressure. Loved the record player and acoustic guitar. The only thing I could possibly say to beware of is the stair climb to get to the front door from the street is a lot for an elderly person. But you will love this cabin!
