The Space:

This remodeled cabin is bright and open, with white beamed ceilings and new floors throughout.



Living room: a large sectional sofa that folds out into a full bed, a stone gas fireplace with remote, a smart TV and a foosball table.



Kitchen: fully equipped, with white cabinets, stainless appliances, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, plus a dining table.



Bedrooms: a Queen bed in the first bedroom, and a Full bed with a twin trundle in the second.



Bathroom: 1 remodeled bathroom.



Outdoors: a private backyard deck with the hot tub, a propane BBQ and outdoor dining.



Also: Frontier fiber Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps and Roku smart TVs.

Guest Access:

Contactless self check-in with a smart lock. The whole cabin, backyard deck and hot tub are yours. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, per Big Bear Lake city ordinance (no street parking).



The Neighborhood:

A tranquil, central neighborhood minutes from Snow Summit, Big Bear Lake, and the Village shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around. Snow Summit, the lake and the Village are all a short drive away. Snow chains or 4WD may be required in winter.



Other Things to Note:

The fireplace is gas and runs by remote, so no firewood is needed. The BBQ is propane. We provide a tank, but please check it before grilling (there's a tank exchange at the Walgreens on Big Bear Blvd). Big Bear has no home trash pickup, so please take trash to the free Garstin Rd trash site (41974 Garstin Rd).
