This spacious 130 m² wooden chalet comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It features four bedrooms with box spring double beds and three bathrooms (two of which are en suite, with hairdryers). There's also a separate guest WC. Your private wellness area includes a sauna with a shower, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
It is located in Biberwier, Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, just steps from the Marienbergbahn valley station. Guests receive the Zugspitz Arena Bayern-Tirol Card for additional discounts.
The large living and dining area on the ground floor boasts a panoramic glass front, offering breathtaking views of the nearby ski slope. During the colder months, relax by the cozy fireplace. A flat-screen TV is available for entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, cookware, a ceramic stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Additional amenities include a toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Upon arrival, a starter kit with dishwashing tabs, dish soap (20 ml), sponges, trash bags, and cleaning cloths is provided. On the terrace, you'll find another seating area and an outdoor bathtub with a whirlpool function, where you can enjoy stunning views of the majestic Wetterstein mountain range. Wir können die vielen positiven Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen – vor allem nicht in Anbetracht des hohen Preisniveaus. Die Ausstattung wirkt auf den ersten Blick hochwertig, ist aber eher für 2–4 Erwachsene mit 1-2 Kindern ausgelegt: Mini-Sauna, Mini-Jacuzzi, Gas- statt Holzofen. Viele Fotos sind geschickt gewählt, sodass man die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten erst vor Ort bemerkt – das erweckt den Eindruck, als wollte man insbesondere die Filterkriterien erfüllen.Der Ausblick ist bei vielen Chalets lediglich auf eine Ski-Wiese, aus dem Wohnbereich sieht man also herzlich wenig von den Bergen. Bei einigen Chalets schaut man sogar direkt auf die Hauptstraße mit ein paar Bäumen davor. Meines Erachtens bieten nur 4 der insgesamt wohl 17 Chalets überhaupt einen tollen Blick, alle sind dafür sehr dicht gedrängt – der Platz wurde wohl auf Profitmaximierung und nicht auf Privatsphäre oder Charme ausgelegt. Teilweise befindet sich der Jacuzzi quasi direkt vor der Haustür des Nachbarn, was bei uns in Chalet 7 der Fall war.In Summe wirkt das Ganze eher eng, unpersönlich und überteuert. Wir würden nicht wiederkommen und können es nicht empfehlen, obwohl wir nur 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby waren - schade!
