Tired in need of updating. Broken light fitting in kitchen. Smoke alarm in bits in tv unit drawer. Contacted owner after 1st night as this property looks directly onto a building site. Owner claimed he didn’t know this and must be some kind of remedial works. No it is a full on building site literally ...
