Welcome to the our Lake Retreat "The Toasted Marshmallow" this is a new 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom house. The covered deck with built in bar, natural gas grill and two outdoor fire pits will not disappoint. look below for the full description.

The Toasted Marshmallow Lake House Retreat is a stunning lakefront vacation rental located on the serene shores of Round Lake in Sisters Lake. This spacious lake house boasts four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a game room, and a hot tub, providing the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment for up to 14 guests.

The interior of the house is warm and inviting, with a spacious open-plan living area featuring comfortable seating and a large screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and dining, including a large dining table that can seat up to 10 guests. The bedrooms are spread out over two levels, with three bedrooms on second floor, and a bedroom on the first floor. They are furnished with cozy beds, high-quality linens, and ample storage space. The bathrooms are sparkling clean and feature modern fixtures, full-size showers or bathtubs, and plenty of fluffy towels.

The highlight of this lake house retreat is the game room, which includes an air hockey, shuffleboard table, dart board and a selection of board games, providing endless entertainment for adults and kids alike. it also boasts a 75" tv along with a nine foot wet bar.

The hot tub is located on the patio, where you can relax and soak in the beautiful lake views.

Outside, the lake house boasts a large deck with breathtaking views of the lake, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is also a private dock where you can swim, fish, or simply relax in the sun. The lake is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, or taking a leisurely boat ride, and the house comes with kayaks and floats for your use.

The Toasted Marshmallow Lake House Retreat is located in a quiet and secluded area, allowing you to truly disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. However, it is still within a 5 min drive of local shops, restaurants, and attractions and 20 mins away from Downtown St Joe. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an active vacation, the Toasted Marshmallow retreat on Round Lake is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with family or friends.

There are two new pontoons for rent during your stay. One that tows kids and one made for cruising to sand bar, sunset cruises. Inquire about boats.

It was a great stay, the long dock was great for fishing. The gas fire pit and hot tub were awesome as it was a little chilly during our stay. The house had all of the amenities we needed and the bunk bed bathroom is amazing!

The best rental so far!

Beautiful house, it's better than pictures. When we walked in it was very clean and smelled nice. All the decorations added warmth to the house. As to the host - Brian was very helpful and responsive to every question. We definitely want to come back!
