The hotel was in very bad shape, bag of trash in hall way leading into room. We ended up not staying it was so bad. Avoid this location at all cost.

The staff was amazing the rooms were clean the floors in the rooms need shampooed. The area is not in the safest area we left a few hrs after checking in Benton Harbor MI area isn’t as safe and as nice as it was three years ago.

Staff were very nice, however this is not a clean hotel; mold on air conditioner unit and under bath tub mat- in plain view, Smokey smelling room and tv didn’t work (requested them to look at it, gave us $20 cash for inconvenience of that). Fiance said I’m not allowed to book hotels any more. 😂

Quality of the quality Inn is not very good. The hotel lobby had a smell to it, and there was a dirty towel under the ice machine. the neighbors stated their room smelled like pee and ours did it, but it still had a terrible smell to it. Pictures didn’t do it justice as to how bad it was.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The carpeted floor was sticky. Foot prints on the blanket, and the blanket was too small for the king sized bed. Room smelt musty (moldy?). Window was cracked, with only a view of 6ft weeds. Everything was old, and felt dingy. I would rather not go on vacation if that was the only hotel available. Don't know about the breakfast... didn't stick around to try it.

Quite Stay

The elevator didn't work so toting 5bags up the stairs with my Sciatica on Fire was a treat the man at the desk did offer to help but since he was the only one at the desk I declined. The morning shower on day one was luke warm at best but warmed up by the second day. Ample parking in front and relatively clean. Overall a very quiet stay
