Great service at the front desk and very clean room! Grab and go breakfast was falsely advertised on the website. The breakfast area wasn’t clean and the choices weren’t edible. The pool wasn’t working but we didn’t find that out until we got there. No refund or accommodations were made from the hotel for that error. If you just need a place to sleep then this is your spot. We were traveling with family and a special needs child.

Bare minimum quality and they don’t care.

The walls were not clean… the water is scorching hot, it can burn your skin… they don’t have a real breakfast, they don’t carry forks, they didn’t have salt or pepper. The pool was closed for two of the three days I was staying there and didn’t bring basic needs to the room, like towel and soap. every morning. # THE PICTURE ONLINE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE HOTEL.

Poor choices for breakfast, definitely not what we are use to. Box of cereal and a gallon of milk is not what I expected. Every where else gives you eggs potatoes and sausage or bacon. Also pancakes or waffles. Over all not a bad stay, but I won't be back.

It's in a convenient and quiet location. It's a good place to stay during the Marines' graduation date. It is closer to Parish Island Marines Base.

The place was dirty rooms not clean at all. My wife get sick the very next day as my stay because the dirty room and beds. Nights lamps broke and power outlets with no cover or broke covers. Towels hard as a sand paper. Not recommend at all. I leave one day before my stay because the conditions of the room and parking lot. Not safe at all.

Absolutely disgusting. Mold. The bathroom was horrible still has tears from whoever showered or use the bathroom last the bedsheets were dirty. Let the front desk dude know he didn’t do much but give us additional sheet random kids running up and down the walkway all hours of the night literally at 2 AM. I’m still trying to get my refund but they do not answer the phone do not stay here. Good luck it’s disgusting

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and looked nothing like the photos. Even worse, there were bed bugs—I woke up covered in bites. The only decent thing about this place was the staff, who were actually helpful, but that doesn’t make up for the nightmare of staying here. I’ve attached pictures so you can see for yourself. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

I came down for my sons marine graduation and this was close so we decided to stay for 5 nights. It was really dirty. The bath water was yellow, the walls were splattered with i assume coffee stains, they decided our toilet needed to be fixed half way through our stay and left the parts they took out in the bathroom. They took our dirty linen but never brought new towels. The windowsill and lampshades were covered in dirt and bugs. The only positives were that it was quiet and the coffee was ok.

Dirty and dangerous place no service, just hostile

There was no service if anything just angry staff and sarcastic. Disgusting, dirty, horrible place that can care less about hospitality in any form. I mean just being polite would have been nice. From the moment I checked in I was told there was no bathroom, I am an elder Vet and quite disturbed that this was concidered exceptable. Broken floors, no hot water, no service, when requesting for a clean towel told they dont offer them everyday, keep in mind with diabetes and neuropathy cleanliness is important, but so was having a first floor as I can bo longer do stairs without help. I was told this request a head of time now during check in could not be honored, well told no! The pool dirty, closed eyesore, benches bent broken, no where to safely sit outside. Parking lot had car on jacks unsafe and a couple abandoned cars filled with trash and again gross, nothing like advertized. I request my money back Im not sure how to handle this. Also, continental breakfast was another reason I chose this place but they didnt even offer this, they had nothing infact that is advertized. For example clean towels, a fridge that doesn't fall everytime you open it, lights that actually light up the room would have been a great start. Overall this place needs new owners that will hire staff that have the capacity to help customers, that are not rude and sarcastic to the elderly. They did not take trash nor have a trash bin to throw it away if you wanted to. Risky place to stay don't bother.
