"They are very friendly, great price and clean rooms. I was charged for my service dog that shouldn’t happen. The next time I went they didn’t charge me. I was thankful for a clean place to sleep that was pet friendly. Will continue to stay at this location."

"A/C was not working when we arrived. They fixed it right away. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Close to Lake George for Americade motorcycle rally. We left after 3 out of the 5 nights we paid for. I was not expecting a reimbursement. They said there was no reimbursement because we paid through Hotels.com. The hotel may have reimbursed if we had booked directly. Good hotel. Good people."
