"Our family (ages 1-67) enjoyed a lovely two week stay in this home. It is an older home but has updated bathrooms and appliances and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The house is big enough that our family of 6 adults and two young children had plenty of room to spread out and not feel that we were on top of one another. The real star of star of this property however, is the expansive backyard complete with outdoor seating, dining area, grill, kayaks and lake access. As forewarned, you do need water shoes as the lake access is quite rocky but we were in and out of the water constantly. The sunsets were 5 star as was the stargazing at night! You might want to bring your own pillows and towels as the ones in the house are well worn but generously stocked. We all agreed that if our travels allow, we would return to this home for another stay! "

"The cottage itself was a perfect blend of great lakeviews and modern convenience. The interior was tastefully decorated with a warm and inviting colour palette, and the furnishings were both stylish and comfortable. The living area was spacious, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ease, and the dining area was perfect for enjoying them together. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The 2 tier elevated deck provided a serene setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and the well-maintained patio was ideal for enjoying a meal al fresco. The picturesque surroundings and the peaceful ambiance made it easy to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage's location is not your usual secluded location but more country community with houses left and right to the property. However the neighbours are quiet and mostly not there when I was staying at the property. It was conveniently situated near local attractions and offered easy access to walking trails and scenic spots. Whether we were interested in exploring the nearby town or simply enjoying nature, we found plenty to do without having to venture too far. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay."
