Everything was excellent. Breakfast was good (the muffins were delicious). The room was spacious. The pool area looked very inviting. The swing at the end of the pier was most enjoyable to sit and watch the sun set. This was an exceptional place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I was not very impressed with the breakfast staff however; hot water for tea was lukewarm most times. I noticed guests had to ask for items that had run out/were not replenished during breakfast. The person in charge seemed to be overwhelmed. Also, I did notice in the public bathroom, rust spots and what seem to be water damage to wallpaper at some point. Hampton Inn usually has a good reputation in terms of care and standards, so I was surprised to see this at this location. Overall good stay."
