Good location but the room was not good for resting. Construction noise and the walls are very thin could here everything and everyone up and down the hallway slamming doors etc… shower had mold as well.

"I stayed at 12 Residence for 1 night with my husband and mom, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, which made our stay comfortable, especially traveling with family. What stood out the most was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
The location was great with plenty of food and small shops where you can purchase any thing you want.
Breakfast was great and lively, I found no downside to this hotel.
