The place was falling apart - moldy bathroom with poor fan/ventilation. There were only 1 usb charging station but it wasn’t even working. I should have paid more attention to the poor reviews. If you are considering this place, please think again and spend some extra money to find a better quality hotel. This was an absolute disappointment.

The itinaery didnt have all the information. It took an hour for me to check in because I was have the payment type for accidentals. The hotel require $75 deposit for accidentals during check in. They dont accept cash. Hotels.com does NOT inform us of this at all. I read policies, rules & restriction and it is not mentioned at all. The room was dirty and uncomfortable.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—very walkable and convenient to everything we needed. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was nice and comfortable, and overall it felt like a very good value for the price. The only downside was the lack of upgraded TV options; it would have been nice to have streaming services like Netflix available, which wasn’t an option. Overall, this is a great value hotel that I would absolutely recommend, especially for families. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The, Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor was a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and near plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel if one is in town and looking for a clean and cost effective place. Thank you!
