"After 3 nights in the Porcupine Wilderness the Bobcat Cabin was the perfect place to come back to. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Its simplicity and self-reliance makes it the perfect nature getaway. We were there when it rained and the hosts have made it the perfect spot to curl up with a book or take a midday nap. They were also very accommodating and responsive. We can’t wait to get back and explore more of the nearby trails. "We just returned from the most amazing stay at this beautiful cabin on the lake in the Upper Peninsula, and we are already dreaming of coming back! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning lake views, and cozy atmosphere of the cabin.The cabin itself was spotless, well-equipped, and full of charming rustic touches that made us feel right at home. We loved waking up to the sound of loons on the water and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake. The sunsets here are simply breathtaking—every night felt like a postcard!Everything we could have needed was provided—comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and even a fire pit for s’mores under the stars. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. We spent our days fishing and taking advantage of the nearby waterfalls and sightseeing spots, which were absolutely stunning.The hosts were outstanding—so friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions. "We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Penny house! The Host was very responsive and the house was super clean and well stocked. The grill out in the backyard and the seating by the fire pit was great! It was also really nice to have access to the garage. The location is perfect for whatever activity you choose. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!"
