I believe it to be the most moist and succulent chicken I have ever eaten, superb! 😋 Paola was an exceptional concierge, coordinating three tours to Cocura Valley on horseback, Termales Santa Rosa, and a local coffee farm; all wonderful in their unique ways. Natalie, the cleaning lady, did a great job of caring for our personal needs, and Santiago, the yoga and hiking guide, provided tranquility to all of the guests lives. Muchas gracias to all!"
