Check in and out was horrible
The place was great. Good location, clean, nice building.
Check in process was horrible. Had to go to a 7/11 in a not so safe part of the city. Supposedly open 24 hrs. Well it was closed when we landed at 1a and couldn’t get our keys. So we are waiting outside in the rain in a not so safe part of town with no where to go, my wife was crying and felt very unsafe. Property manager had no answers. Thankfully I banged on the door long enough (30 min) someone from the back came and opened it. All we got was an email saying sorry.
Check out. The machine in the 7/11 did not work and we had to get to the airport. So we had to take the keys and contacted property manager saying we would overnight them. They charged us $200 for the keys.
Had many other friends staying at this building and all got their keys right at the front desk. Front desk also said it is against the HOA to have the key check in and drop off at a different location.
Great building and nice places just make sure your check in and out is at the front desk. Oasis was our property manager and they were not good.
