"shower was tiny corner triangle barely any room . Booked for 3 adults. No cleaning over the 3 days we stayed. Only hand towel sizes provided. Room was cleaned well on check in and the staff were all very nice . We enjoyed our stay as most of the day we were out. Very comfortable beds ."

The A/C is either not working (most public areas, elevators and fitness center), or not useful in the bedrooms, since the units are installed only in the entry to the sleeping rooms, no airflow in the bedroom. Staff, both front desk and housekeeping, are barely there and answered their phones only about 20% of the time we tried to ring. Maintenance of the property has been neglected and the aging shows - broken light fixtures, shower heads, worn/dirty carpets etc. If not for the location, I would rate this hotel even lower and tell others to avoid entirely!"
