I didn’t get anything. This said I would get there was no ocean view. I wind it up looking at the top of a roof. The refrigerator was broken destroyed our food. The water was coming out of the faucet slow. It was horrible and I got all these additional charges never do it again.

I was a little disappointed with this stay. I checked in not feeling well so ate dinner and came back to my room to get rested for a show I was attending the next day, I was awakened at 9:30pm by a barking dog that kept barking and again same dog barking at around 8:00am next morning. I did mention this to management at check out and was told dogs are aloud in some towers and especially service dogs are allowed in any of the rooms, but if it was a service dog it should not have been barking is what he said. I was told to call Security the next time this happens but as I said I was not feeling well and did not feel like getting out of bed to deal with this situation at 1:00a.m. Other than this unfortunate situation, my room was clean, linens were clean and my bedding was very comfortable. So I did have a somewhat enjoyable stay beings I was not feeling well and completely enjoyed the show on Saturday night. Will stay at Harrah's again and hope this doesn't happen again in the future.
