Very old and very dated rooms and hotel. I don't think I will return to this hotel as it will be a first and last. Other competitors offer more up-to-date amenities and rooms. The only saving grace was near the boardwalk. Travelers beware!

At the desk it was requested for a $100 deposit for indidentals. Then I would only have to pay $30.00 afterwards for a resort fee. Why wasn't this covered in the actual price on your app?If I was to be compensated this room it would be great. I had to pay so... Mold in the shower, The lights were half burned out and the bed was worn, soft with a big bow that you would roll into. At least the airconditioning was great!

Staff was rude both times i came to them with questions regarding an issue with my payment. I was charged twice and spoke to someone when initially checking in and also another time about half way thru my stay. Both wouldn’t listen to me and continued to talk over me. Expedia was trying to reach the hotel to confirm i had paid the full amount i was saying i did and they straight up refused to answer the phone and talk to them for me. Room was very outdated and lacked outlets in the room. We had to charge our phones across the room and take turns. What little outlets we did have some didn’t even work. Casino was nice enough as well as the restaurants inside. Parking is extremely inconvenient and we had to walk extremely far with our luggage. Only plus is that it’s directly in the boardwalk. I probably won’t stay here again

I stayed in the Dennis Tower at Bally’s and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing—especially considering I paid the same rate as others staying in the nicer Bally’s Tower. The room had visible dust along the carpets, the bathtub was not clean, and the hallways looked like they hadn’t been maintained or updated in years. If there were a price difference to reflect the lower quality, that would be more understandable, but there wasn’t. Because of this significant gap in value and condition, I wouldn’t recommend staying at Bally’s Atlantic City.
