No hot water
The property was very clean however the key code pad would not accept the code provided by vacasa. They provided two more codes that also didn't work. Also we weren't told to pick up a packet at the office before we arrived. So we had to drive back to the main office, some 3 miles away to get the packet that had the room key.,It had one bed and a couch that was very hard even to set on. The next morning i notice there wasnt any hot water. When contacting the vacasa representatives around 7 am about the lack of hot water, i was told to check the breaker switch. Not being an electrician and knowing that if the breaker had opened the circut to cut off the hot water heater, there had to be a problem. While waiting for the repairman we tried to go through the locked gate that went to the pool area. The code provided didnt work. The code provided by phone, a vacasa rep at the local office, didnt work either.After about 2 hours, waiting for maintenence, we packed our things and drove to the main office and asked for a refund.They offered another location and provided a refund for out 1st day stay.
