Our late night check in took longer than one would expect. The poor clerk just kept clicking away on his computer. Why should there be this much info to input when I booked the place online? The room was old but clean. Breakfast was low-end but included hot waffles (that’s the only hot option). Basically, it’s clean and cheap and in a decently safe area. We were there for less than 8 hours so that’s all I was looking for.

This is cheap hotel - it’s reflected in the price; “you get what you pay for”, right? The bed was clean and comfortable and even though the hotel is next to a highway it was very quiet - that’s about all I can say to the positive. The area is sketchy, the rooms are dumpy but the staff seems nice enough. I wouldn’t recommend the area for family stays unless your standards are appropriately low.

Disappointed visit

Understand their pet friendly policy, but didn't expect to have a dog being carried around the food prep & serving area during breakfast. Also didn't appreciate all the empty beer cans and bottles scattered around the parking lot near my parked car. Loud highway noise at night made sleeping difficult. Pretty much opposite experience from previous visit.

There was a man and woman fighting about cheating. They were a floor above us but They were so loud I thought they were outside. They argued for over 2 hours. There was no securty or staff to go and ask them to quiet down.

It did what it needed to do for the time I was there. So glad it was only 2 nights. I found hair on the large bath towel, no extra toilet paper, and the police was called on a wheelchair bound person who per management, comes and sits outside the building. The breakfast was decent. I read the reviews prior to booking but the reviews were definitely different from my experience.
