The pictures on the website look better than the actual suites. They could use an update. Also the alarm went off at very early hours 2 different mornings where fire trucks arrived. We were not given any explanations or apologies for this. I was there recovering from a procedure and had to get out to walk up and down stairs for an unexplained emergency.

If you like a hard bed, you’re in the right place

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in EVER. I’m not sure if it was because we stayed in a handicapped room or if it just how it was but it was the worst hotel bed I’ve slept in and therefore not a restful night. I will not staying there again. Breakfast was ok but the meats were dry and the omelets super rubbery. Not a great experience overall. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
