The office was closed and after ringing the bell several times and no answers we had to sit outside because our key stopped working. I waited over an hour and went back to the office. Rang the bell and STILL NO SERVICE. The shower was DIRTY and had hair on the wall from previous guests. I have pictures to show the closed empty office at 06:30am. And forget the free coffee. The machine is in several pieces.

You get what you pay for

Over the course of my 3 night stay (i only stayed 2) i had to get 3 diffrent rooms. First room they gave me was trashed. Beds were stripped and one was pulled away from the wall. Plus trash. Second room the ac sounded like a food processor and was super loud. Plus the shower leaked through the wall and caused water to constantly be on the floor. Finally the third room was good but the bed was super uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful but yeah that olace was pretty bad.

Was not aware of a room rental deposit - staff indicated that I should pay in cash because it could take weeks to get the deposit returned on my card. Just seemed unusual and when I asked questions, the staff got irritated in return.

My initial stay from May 12 through May 29 was good then I booked again and was told that that would be the last seven days that I could book and that I would have to leave the hotel stay gone for a day and night and come back the next day to rebook again for seven more days. It was very frustrating, stressful and just overall ridiculous that we had to pack up and go to a whole new hotel because they wouldn’t allow us to book for seven more nights.

Graduation weekend in Athens

We were surprised of how nice and clean this hotel was for our two night stay. However if you are elderly and need a walk-in shower, be sure to request that because the tub is extremely slippery! We ended up putting the bath mat inside the tub and it worked out fine but just a heads up it's a slip risk!

Ouch slick shower sharp corner beside bed

The young girl at front desk was new she was awesome even brought us an extra towel and washcloth very helpful and cheerful the bathroom was a little small tub / shower very slick I fell needs a warning sign or bath matt the bed was a small full very narrow foam mattress hit my back on the corner of bed side table when turning over in bed somewhat comfortable once got use to it very stiff

Upon arrival went to restroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush, they did fix it. It was a lot of blonde hair on the shower back wall. We got in late from our event I didn’t bother to complain about much because it was already late I was traveling with kids. Towels were limited thankful I packed own. When it rained the tv went out as well.

Not great had 2 rooms separated from each other also charged more than that my Reservation said also had to pay deposit for both rooms 200.00 cash that wasn’t told about music too. Loud in the room beside us sounds like a heard of elephant above us no or very little sleep will not stay there again
