Staff were super helpful when I first got there as I prefer having a key rather than using my phone, so they set me up with that, and were more than happy to ensure I had a lower bed due to my disability. The solo traveller meet up is a fantastic idea, and the free drink which comes with it was a fantastic bonus. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, it was just a shame we couldn't have the room cleaned due to a couple of the others spending a lot of time in bed. Brilliant location just down the road from Tivoli and the main station, and there was a swimming area in the harbour less than 5 minutes walk away. Such a perfect place to stay!"
