A very nice and clean place

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the noise from the gas station that very close by.

Oh what comfortable beds!

3rd visit to Hendersonville and by far this is the most convenient location and most comfortable place we’ve stayed. Walkable, for our son and his family, to downtown Hendersonville, where there is a variety of restaurants and shops. A little too far of a walk for us grandparents. The home is lovely, very, very clean and oh what comfortable beds! I’ve never slept on a more comfortable bed! I even took a picture of the bed’s label, to know what brand it was, so I can buy one for us! We didn’t realize, until check in, that it’s actually a 2 bedroom home with an outdoor entrance to the 3rd bedroom which is like a studio apartment or suite of it’s own. So if you are staying here, make sure your children aren’t too young to stay separate from you. And make sure they’re old enough and trustworthy enough to stay in their own “suite” that has its own separate outside entrance. It worked perfectly for us because my son, his wife and son stayed upstairs. My husband and I had the “suite” below them with its own private entrance. We also never realized that Hendersonville is only a 35 minute drive from Asheville, NC. So if you want to save a lot of money, stay here and make the drive to Asheville! It’s also close to Chimney Rock State Park, quant towns, and Lake Lure, with its beach, splash pad and 2 water slides, as well as fishing outside of the swimming area. Our son caught a nice bass! It’s a lovely home, comfortable, well appointed and everything smelled brand new, clean and fresh.

Second Great Stay

We have stayed here twice and with the addition of the 3rd bedroom and bath it was perfect. We have friends in Hendersonville and the location is great, safe area and very clean. Will be back next year.

House was clean and as represented! Loved the location. Only issue was the TV wasn’t set up to just turn on and watch. You had to have your own codes for various apps and we didn’t bring those along

We were very happy with this rental. It was clean, very comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is perfect. Very quiet. Good place to go for a nice stroll. We definitely want to rent this property again.

The condo was spotless, comfortable, quiet, and calming. The decorations and furnishings contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. Kitchen was amazing! Very convenient to downtown Hendersonville and fun main street. One suggestion—buy new pillows and pillow protectors. Then wash pillow protector and pillowcase. This prevents a smell. Get rid of old pillows. Target has reasonable pillows and protectors! Still gave a top rating. Liked the condo very much!!

Heat getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Hendersonville for several reasons. The accommodations were very nice, restaurants good, close to the parks for beautiful morning walks and we escaped the Florida heat for awhile

The Depot

Very clean apartment. Great location. Very relaxing with nice back deck. Advertised as fully stocked kitchen. Need to bring your paper products. Only other drawback was spotty internet/Wi-Fi.

Great location that is easy on the wallet

Newly remodeled, duplex, with enough parking for multiple cars. Very clean. Absolutely wonderful location for doing anything downtown in Hendersonville. Economical and easy access to everything.

The property is beautiful; well-appointed and a great location. We enjoyed having two bathrooms, large closets, and a laundry room. HOWEVER, I would be prepared for a couple things. 1. LOTS of dust bunnies, lint and dirt underneath the master bedroom bed. My pillow fell off the bed overnight and it came back up absolutely covered in gunk. Additionally, after lifting a couch cushion, we find another visitor's trash and candy wrappers underneath it. 2. The check-out instructions threw me for a loop. The company asks that before guests leave, they empty all the trash, strip beds, place linens and dirty towels in the laundry room, run the dishwasher, and "tidy up". Is it a huge deal? No. Should guests have to pay extra for cleaning, and also have to prepare the property to be cleaned (which wasnt completly clean when we arrived) by the company that is being paid to clean it? Also, NO. Overall, it was a good stay. The property served its purpose, but I do think more attention to detail and less requirements of the guests would be an improvement.

Great property

The unit is very clean. I would have given it 5 stars but we had no streaming service to hook up so there is very limited day old news. I wish it would have been clear in the description. Also, please have the cleaning crew clean the porch. I saw a ginormous cob web and couldn’t go outside to enjoy the porch or even check for anymore webs. I would stay here again.

great visit to Hendersonville

The apartment was clean, reasonably priced, well--located and spacious. We were 3 older adults and the place was great for us. The town, which we had not visited in over 20 years was a joy, with a few nice restaurants and several breweries with super beers. All in all - a great stay.
