Just good enough

House never reached 65 degree during our entire stay got there Friday night house was 55 degrees so kind of cold weekend. Also kitchen and dining area is small but good enough overall 4 star woupd stay again

Wonderful outdoor space

We normally stay in ocean grove but this was a last minute find and grab. We are so glad we did! The hosts Brad and Sean are lovely. My husband enjoyed talking with them. We stayed on floor 3 and 4 with 4 kids and 4 adults. There was plenty of space. The kids had their own universe on the top floor while the adults enjoyed the large outdoor deck. The surround homes, trees and plants are Something to walk around and see. Although the beach is a tiny hike to walk, it’s also a super short ride To just drive over and park right at the beach. The kids also enjoyed riding their bikes to the beach on their own. Although anything can happen at any time anywhere, the area feels very safe. We would All stay again.

Nice place to stay by Asbury boardwalk.

We were happy with our stay. Beds were comfortable and they provide a few beach towels, beach umbrella and 4 chairs. They do use air conditioning units but it did the job. Love the back deck on the upper unit. Everyone slept comfortably.

There was some confusion about the check in time but the property manager was very responsive and fixed the problem right away. Overall a very nice house with very nice and responsive owners.

Nice shore house

This was a nice house for an extended family trip to the Jersey shore. The space gave us plenty of room for multiple families and family dinners. It was a typical Jersey shore house and we were able to walk to the beach.

Property not as described. Lacking AC and no bicycles were provided although advertised as having 4 available for guests. Contacted owner about AC, and the response received was that they hadn't yet installed units as hadn't been that warm. 2 guests staying on 3rd floor had to leave for hotel due to heat. Neighboring units & homes were all using AC units for comfort. Would never have booked if I had known there was no AC or bikes. Owner didn't seem concerned.

Very nice home for large groups

Place exactly as anticipated

Used the place as a Thanksgiving destination for a family of seven (all adults). Provided us the flexibility of multiple bedrooms versus shared hotel rooms. We also enjoyed the ability of hang out in the living room and the kitchen versus the limitations a hotel has.

Great Stay at Asbury Park

Hosts and house were both great, and instructions/check-in were very easy. House is very close to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend for any group looking to stay at Asbury Park.

Beautiful Big Blue House

My friends and I rented this home for ourselves and my adult children for different parts of my wedding weekend. The home was beautiful! Very clean, exceptionally decorated, comfortable and homey feeling. The owners thought of every detail from beautiful bedding to shampoos to condiments in the kitchen! Well appointed home that we all completely loved and would definitely rent again!!! Excellent!

We had a lovely time in the house - we had the upper two levels and it worked perfectly for two families. It's a very convenient location on a quiet street. If we are ever back in AP, we'd love to stay at this property again.

Sean and Brad have created a charming home that’s perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy an Asbury Park vacation. Spotless and well-equipped, the house has everything you need from trips to the beach to a barbecue on the spacious deck. Asbury Park is loaded with character, history and excellent restaurants and the beach is enormous and beautifully maintained.

Comfortable Home

Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed! The home was clean, always had a parking spot on the street in front of house, and clear easy instructions for the rental from the owners. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Great house for groups

We loved that this house had chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and towels to bring to the beach. The deck with grill and patio furniture for dining and lounging was amazing, and the second-floor bathroom and kitchenette made it feel private/separate in the morning and at night. The upstairs deck and staircase are pretty rickety, and the bathrooms weren’t totally cleaned on arrival. Otherwise it was a great spot. Easy walk to the beach and to restaurants/shops (we pulled kids in a wagon). Would definitely stay again. :)

Great place for a big gathering.

Had 8 friends stay with me at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, eat, and hang out on the porch. Close enough to the beach to walk, and plenty of supplies provided. A+ communication with owners also.

Awesome stay in Asbury Park!!

Loved this property! Clean, lots of space and in a great neighborhood located a short walk to the beach. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor deck area. Wish we could have stayed longer. If we are lucky enough to travel back to the Asbury Park area I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to others! Excellent stay and hosts. Thank you Sean & Brad!!
