The man on reception was super helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out until we had to get our train. This is on the quieter part of the lake, but that's what we wanted. We didn't take the breakfast option.

The entire hotel has that Scandinavian aesthetic and our room was spacious with lots of well designed storage spaces, comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good - something for everyone. The location was incredible - lots to do and many places to stroll, sit or eat. The spa was incredible. Really enjoyed the saunas. My only complaint would be the air freshener in the lobby and hallways. It was really strong. That said, I would love to go back. "
