Staff were excellent and the breakfast provision was also very good. The room was ok and a decent size. The cold tap wouldn’t move atall though when we tried to have a bath. We had to run cold into the bath through the showerhead. Plenty of parking though which was also free which isn’t a given everywhere ...

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Only downside being surprized with a £5 a day parking fee! Wasn't mentioned when booking!

Carlisle Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW
Staff were overall unhappy looking, and certainly not welcoming. I'm also disappointed that there was no food offer available. The bar no longer serves food and the restaurant appeared closed. On the plus side, the wifi is fast and reliable.
