Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown/Seaboard Station
"Room was clean and well equipped, but very tight to move around in due to the large kitchen island. Also would have been helpful if housekeeping had closed the blinds because with 100 degree weather, the room was unbearably hot when we arrived and took a full day to cool down. Parking was a nightmare. The loading area/valet area was completely inaccessible when we arrived. After 3 trips around the block, we ended up parking in the garage across the street and taking a luggage cart to the garage so we could unload and check in, not a fun experience when it’s 100 degrees out. It turns out that garage can be charged to your room at a daily rate, but the process for entering and exiting the garage as a hotel guest was not explained and we ended up having to call the help line for the garage every time we left. Breakfast was a standard hotel buffet breakfast. Well stocked on the basics, which were tasty. If you are looking for an elevated breakfast experience, Biscuit Belly across the street is an excellent choice."
