Housekeeping does an excellent job as well as the reception staff. All though I feel they should designate rooms exclusively for family as the 2 rooms we stayed in with kids smelled like cigarettes pretty bad.

Was not informed we had to request housekeeping to have our room cleaned or get clean towels. Key did not work on room when we tried to get back in for second night. All kinds of transient people hanging around. People banging on the door in between the room. People trying to open our door in the middle of the night. Room that they first gave us had a very strong smell of bleach. It was so bad our eyes would water. The floor tiles were loose & the room had mold. We req a different room there was alot of in the bath tub & around it. We were there for 3 nights & they did not service our room at all. Will never stay there again.
