Upon arrival: There was only one receptionist at the front desk for a long queue of checking in. Few receptionists came out of the back office but didn’t assist straight away and instead someone who was checking out (strangely 16:45) He took over the receptionist computer to check out the client who was not even queuing. When the queue was almost half then a second receptionist came. I found out that there was an annex building and I was asked to leave the building in order to get to my room where there are no direct access to the spa, restaurants and shop. Room - the body wash finished and coffee machine was not working as well as an insect by the sink - I took a picture and emailed it to the reception. Initially, I booked 2 nights but due to change of plans I booked another night. I messaged the hotel to make it as one booking so I stay in one room. I was told it was fine but still I have to come to the reception pay my city taxes separately and recharge my room card. I found the customer service really poor and unfriendly and apparently there are different chains under the same name? Therefore, they cannot accommodate me by changing from one building to another.
