Was unable to connect with the hotel WI-FI..... Desk gave me a phone number to their computer expert, but was still unable to connect.... Since my room was on the first floor and on the side of the building nearest the highway, the passing trucks and LOUD cars kept me awake all night.... Will NEVER stay there again and will let my experiences be known to everyone I know...

Top floor was being renovated, can hear the street traffic clearly day and night, can hear the other customers in the hallway and through the walls. Loved being woken up at 630am by a kid singing christmas music while on vacation 😒😤. Bathroom lights are on sensors, and turn on even if youre not entering the bathroom, water took over 20 mins to get hot to shower.

We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Our room was clean, spacious, with a nice shower. We enjoyed the pool and hearty breakfast. The front desk and breakfast staff were polite and friendly. Couldn't aak for snything more.

We stayed one night following midnight Mass for Christmas, as we didn’t want to drive several hours so late at night. Older hotel, showing wear, but very clean. Door lock did not seem very secure (room 307) but we used the inner safety latch a put a chair against the door. We did not feel like the hotel or surrounding area was unsafe, but if we had not had such a late check-in (3 am) we would have requested a different room with a more secure door. Beds are not the most comfortable, but okay for one night. Room was quiet. Bathrooms are spacious with good lighting, and fantastic shower heads. Water pressure was very good on the third floor. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The pool was small but clean and warm, and fine for doing morning laps for just one person; would be hard to swim if there are more than two people. This hotel is also right across the street from a fantastic diner, Chris Family Restaurant.

Clean room, friendly staff. Site was under renovation, but was still in good shape and all services were available. Only down side was it’s on a major truck route and there was a lot of traffic noise all night. Not the hotels fault.

Front desk young lady was so extremely pleasant.. she went out of her way to meet every single request. If nothing comes of this review it had better be a bonus to her and a certification for outstanding care for a person she didnt know. These qualities can not be taught
