So dirty. Sheets stained, dirty. Cigarette holes in comforter in our non-smoking room. No bent in bathroom. Floorboard pulling away from wall, ceiling stained and in need of repair.

Bad area, tweakers hanging around the parking lot. Manager was having staff go clean rooms for people to check even though it was late evening. We nearly cancelled after seeing this but because it was so busy for balloon fiesta we decided to check in. Got to room, the sheets were dingy with wrinkles and cigarette burn holes, no blanket or comforter, no refrigerator even though it was supposed to have one, some of the lights didn’t work, and the toilet was dirty. Bath tub wasn’t much better and some random broken metal part was in it. Felt like we would get a disease or unintentionally come in contact with drugs staying there. Went back to the office to ask for our money back and he offered a different room. Like that would have been any better! We said no it’s gross here and we want our money back. He kept a small fee and gave us back the rest. At that point it was fine with that, I just wanted far away from that disgusting place. Literally if the choice was staying there or in your rental car, choose the car!! The devil himself couldn’t run a worse hotel.
