"The view from the room is great. Breakfast is nice too. Only thing is the front desk leaves at 10pm and one night the lights were automatically on and off for a few times, I texted the staff. The next day I came back late and well past 10, I didn’t know if they will lock the door or not so let them know too by texting. The front desk person is from Romania, said I texted her two days in a row. She also said she already told me so when I checked in. The tone with her seems always hush. Meantime she herself made mistakes on charging my credit card for payments as I’ve paid more to have the flexible stay option and could have checked out a day earlier to stay in my destination the last night so I didn’t have to drive back late past 10 to text her to simply let her know. Other local hires are nice. "

"Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and modern. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the train station. It is manageable as there is no bus or taxi in the area. I would highly recommend this place. Small family hotel but very nice and very clean. "

"Excellent hotel on the lake with convenient access to the ferry on Menaggio. Room is big and very comfortable, bathroom and shower is excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a very beautiful view on the lake, we didn't try the restaurant for dinner"

"Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."
