Everything was gorgeous. So many things to do you’ll never get bored. Lots of pools and there’s a children area and daycare. The food was always a 10/10, unlimited as well.

Very clean, organized, delicious food! We had gone to Bahia back in 2018 and we liked it! Specially if you have kids! They had fun in the diffeent pools! They loved the kids club! We decided to go again june 2025 and it didnt disappoint.. great customer service, there's lots to do at the resort no need to get out of there. We will be back!

We recently stayed at Grand Bahia Principe Coba and really enjoyed the beautiful grounds and excellent service. Miguel, Manuel, and Alfredo were especially helpful and made us feel welcome every day. However, there were a few drawbacks. We kept getting conflicting information from staff about schedules, activities, and access to other Bahia resorts, which was frustrating. We were also disappointed that we couldn’t reserve an à la carte restaurant for four people unless we bought an expensive bottle of wine. The food was good, but it got repetitive after a few days, and we were hoping for more authentic Mexican options, which were limited. While we appreciated many aspects of our stay, these issues would keep us from returning.

Just finished a one week stay at coba. Overall experience was good. Staff were friendly for the most part, food was good, and drinks were great. Rooms are becoming a little dated, and beach was unfortunately pretty rocky but overall nothing that made the trip not enjoyable. I do want to say thank you to Ernesto at the sports bar. He made my friends and I’s trip so so fun. Took care of us, was very attentive, and just made us feel very welcomed. Overall, good stay and would recommend for someone who wants to save a little and doesn’t need all the bells and whistles of a luxury resort.

Jose at the main pool bar and Carlos (we booked a presentation with him) were absolutely wonderful! The property was a little dated and it wasn't as clean as other resorts we've visited, but overall had a positive and relaxing trip.

First and foremost, I didn’t get any notification regarding what had happened to the main lobby and that it was closed and under construction. There was a small lobby area assigned for check ins, which was crowded and the staff was slow and unwilling to make any accommodations. They all seem “money hungry”, they just want to rip people off. The room was old and needs serious upgrades. It smelled like humidity, the AC wouldn’t cool down the room enough, all the nights we spent were just miserable and hot. The shower kept spilling water outside as the glass isn’t properly

Fue una buena experiencia asta que ofrecieron el tiempo de convencion y la chica que nos a tendio se vio molesta xk no quisimos agarrar la promocion nos dijo que para la otra compremos los boletos para entrar a eventos y no aserla gastar su tiempo si recuerdo su nombre yamile creo en restaurant buffet el muchacho juan buen mesero de la tarde siempre nos trato muy amable y tenia mesas arreglada para nosotros y los muchachos de la manana buen servicio tambien en buffet yegamos el dia lunes 2 nos dijieron que ya no habia reservaciones para ningun restaurante que todos los dias estaba lleno que no habia cupo
