Awful..upon check in, the person behind the counter had no idea what to do. A girl came over to help him. She seems to know the system but so hard to understand her. Everything is extremely old and worn out, toilet, bathroom are disgusting. The wall is painted in mud color and that doesn’t help. Also very noisy. One of the neighbors was shouting and cursing at his poor dog in the middle of the night and early morning!!!!! We reserved for two nights but left after one night because we couldn’t dare to have shower!! No toiletries . Room light was off except a few lamps. We paid almost $300/night and it wasn’t cheap. To be fair, the room price on their website was $90/night so it might be Expedia problems for upselling the awful place. We will never stay there ever again.

Both rooms i booked had spiders, no screens on the window, their maitence worker was pressure washing the floor above and water was running in, the TV settings are set to Soanish and they do not soeak english. 0% chance my family or I will return. This was the worst hotel experience of my life! Instead of a private jet tub in the bathroom, we got a filthy, regular tub that was about 50 years old. The room was dusty, dingy, and sticky, every surface including the floors. Rusted screws stuck up from the floor boards, a drawer was full of loose tobacco, the curtains were falling down, the TV didn't work and there was no WiFi. There was no staff on site to address our issues, and I ended up having to abandon our room and drive two hours home with my young child.
No private hot tub as advertised.

Move on up the road.

Lots of non working items s7ch as bathroom light and hair dryer. We booked 4 rooms and 3 of 4 had something not working. The 4th room had a lot of contruction material slopped up on door and shower was stained with black.
