The house is located in a good location with plenty of interior space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The living room is nice and big though the dinning table was small for our large group. The back deck was big though we didn't make use of it. When we arrived, we noticed there wasn't enough utensils and missing bedding for one of the sofa bed. But the owner was very responsive and made the effort to resolve all of our issues. The stove was unfortunately half-broken. The owner was responsive but we understood that nothing can really be done about it over the weekend. We unfortunately booked the place on a hot weekend. There are ceiling fans but no AC so beware if you are not used to the Abbotsford heat. There are definitely things that are not up to the same standard compared to other places I have stayed at but I applaud the owner for responding to all my messages and making an effort to resolve our concerns, even dropping by in person as late as 10pm.
