5 star amenities but not ( star service. Late room cleans. Thin walls. Can’t get service by the pool need to order on app and collect from restaurant. Very strange

Fairmont Breakers Long Beach
The staff in total was the standout. Everyone, and we mean EVERYONE, took the time to speak, greet us, thank us and the hotel itself was lovely. But really, the staff makes it all work. We felt genuinely welcome.

The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills
My 3rd time staying at the London West. I can’t say enough great service, great staff from the minute I got there to the minute I left everything was wonderful Georgina so warm friendly made me feel at home. Food was delish. Can’t wait to come backs.
