"The staff was very kind. However, the rooms we booked and paid for months in advance were not available. Initially we were offered 2 beds for 6 people! We had booked and paid for multiple bed suites. We tried to be easy and request roll away cots as 3 people were not fitting into a small bed. They did not have any. Instead we were forced to separate our children into rooms without an adult and down the hallway. For paying close to $1500 I would expect to get the actual rooms we booked."
