"Honestly, pretty disappointing stay. The pool area was consistently trashed—like no one was even checking on it throughout the day. The water stations were rarely refilled, so don’t expect basic amenities to be maintained. Housekeeping was just as bad. We constantly had issues with not having enough towels in the room, and the trash wasn’t taken out regularly. It felt like basic upkeep just wasn’t a priority here. For the price, you’d expect way better attention to cleanliness and service. Would not stay again."

Half the floors are fully finished in regards to the hallways but our floor was not. Now the room was very clean and also the view was amazing it was 2511.
