"The room was clean and the rooftop pool with an outdoor seating area and hot tubs was very nice. Overall the property was great. My reason for not giving the property 5 stars was the check-in process. We arrived early to check in and were told to come back at the check in time of 4 pm. At 4 pm, the lobby was very crowded and somewhat chaotic. This was on a Saturday. After waiting 30 minutes in a long line to check in, the woman at the counter at 4:30 told us our room was not cleaned and we'd receive a call when it was. I thought it unacceptable that our room was not ready even after the official check-in time."
