Concierge agents very professional and diligents at all times. Receptionist extremely rude treating people as enemies, i think they forget that we are the clients. I needed decaf coffe from the room amenities and she was selling it to me. The water station at the reception was always empty .
I tried w expedia to contact the hotel in regards to a reservation and they never answer. "
