"For starters, the staff was great and very helpful. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was in and out promptly. My only complaints were related to the room and amenities. While the overall cleaning was decent, there were a few areas that appeared to have been overlooked. The linens were clean, and the shower/tub was well maintained, but the bed itself was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I also noticed that housekeeping did not fully clean my room during my stay and mainly provided fresh towels, which I found a little unusual. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. Based on the reviews I had read beforehand, I expected something a bit better, but personally, I was not very impressed with the selection or quality. The Wi-Fi was also very disappointing. The connection was unreliable and did not perform as well as I expected, which was frustrating during my stay. The pool was not operational during my stay, which was disappointing. However, the hotel is conveniently located next to a truck stop, and despite that, I felt very safe and had no issues during my visit. Overall, the staff and location were positives, but the uncomfortable bed, limited housekeeping service, average breakfast, poor Wi-Fi, and pool being out of service affected my experience. I would rate my stay around 3 out of 5 stars."
