We are elderly women with walkers. We were sent to a remote back entrance with 2 curbs far from the lobby. It felt very unsafe. We will not return.

We didn't know if the stink bugs that littered the room floor were free, or if we took them we would be charged. So we left the dozen or so.that were on the floor alone.

The Thayer Hotel at West Point
