Bed sheets were stained with some sort of specs of like food or something, ceiling near ice machine had wires hanging out of it. The faucet to our tub was coming out a bit. Other than that, it served it's purpose as a safe affordable stay.

The rooms were like new and not run down. Plenty of free hotel parking. Even though the hotel has a restaurant/bar, there are several other restaurants in walking distance.
