Everything was very clean. The recently renovated room was very nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating especially at breakfast time. I enjoyed the breakfast. i would recommend this to anyone staying in Dahlgren-king area.

Absolutely charming updated cottage in the heart of Colonial Beach. Spotless, with a screen porch, back patio, and walking distance to river and downtown Colonial Beach. Co-host Kim was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
