The staff was wonderful but the rooms are outdated there was rust everywhere. The water was so cold u could only be in it for an hour. Wonderful visit to White Oaks! What a nice place to rest relax and rejuvenate. Lots to do within a short drive. Very evident effort is being made to make the place/ places nice for visitors. Customer service was above and beyond!
