Upington INN
Felt like a business hotel - no frills - but does all the basics right. Did not enjoy the smell of stale cigarette smoke in my bedroom. Breakfast was great - TV channels were good - lots of parking close to rooms.

Kalahari Lion's Rest
The rooms are unfortunately not soundproof, which can be challenging when travelling for business. Noise from other guests’ televisions and conversations carries easily through the walls, which can make it difficult to rest properly. This is something to keep in mind when booking a stay here.

De Werf Lodge
Ticks the boxes - but does not go further. Has the basics and room had good self catering options - but no soap/gel in bathroom. Room wi-fi didn't work and restaurant timings were very eratic - closing early.
