"This little cottage is a highlight to our visits to Thorpe, our home away from home.The community is safe, quiet, and very peaceful. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and Torpedo Restaurant are all within walking distance. One of our favorites is to sit on the porch and smell all the different flowers... our visit was on June 1st, and the sweetest smell filled the air, especially early morning and in the evening. We discovered it is a flowering tree, filled with these yellow grape like clusters that filled the air with a heavenly scent. This is always our 1st choice when visiting for business in the area.They have a well stocked kitchen, nice bath, and up to date laundry room.something missing was a blender... but that was minor. Another choice would be a more gentle unscented soap.I am sensitive to fragrance and the sheets and blankets were strong from the tide and downey. Otherwise, all was a"
