"The bad thing about this hotel was that it wasn't open 24 hours. I arrived in the morning and the hotel was closed. It took 3 hours for someone to come and open the hotel door, which meant I was at least not allowed to enter the hotel. But the good thing was that I checked in earlier than 2 pm."

"Everything about this hotel is first class. The staff, food, room and location can’t be beat. The park is right across the street and they let you borrow bikes, beach towels and even have umbrellas when it’s raining. The staff is so friendly and helpful and always have smile on their faces. The room was super comfortable and clean. If I ever make my way back to Varna I will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful experience."
